is a 1991 graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law, and has been actively practicing law in the Western Pennsylvania area for the past 18 years . He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, and the Western Pennsylvania Bar Association for which he also sits on the Board of Governors. He is active in such groups as ACHIEVA (formerly ARC Allegheny). He serves on the board of The Family Trust—an organization that provides financial and estate planning for individuals with disabilities and their families.
He has also been elected to the board of ARC-Washington—also benefiting individuals with disabilities. His practice concentrates in all aspects of litigation for plaintiffs and defendants, commercial law, estates and trusts, small business formation, labor law, workers’ compensation, social security disability, collection matters, criminal law, construction litigation, and estate administration. He is admitted in all state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, the state of Florida and the United States Supreme Court. He has lectured for the Allegheny County Bar Association. He is also a Commissioner in Collier Township.
Mr. Chiurazzi was elected to and is a member of the prestigious Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County* which at any time only comprises 250 active fellows; entry is invite-only and is based strongly on both professional aptitude and ethics.
